Before you start shopping we need to inform you that we will require your assistant in sending us your transfer proof once you made your payment and confirm it. Simply take a photo and email it or forward it to sales@moozee.co.  It will speed up our delivery process. Thank you and shop, shop, shop!


1. Choose our product by clicking on the category : Premium, Casual, Accessories, and Sale. Or you can click New Arrivals to check our latest products.


2. Click on the product image you would like to purchase, and there will be more details about the product. you can choose the quantity and the color options. And click “Add to bag” button.

   

3. You can still continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping" and click on every item you want.
You can view your Shopping Bag by clicking the “My  Shopping Bag” link at Top Right of the page. 
Once you are ready to pay, you can click “Check out” or click on the bag icon.


4. Review or update your items, and you can “Remove” to delete it from the shopping bag or "Update" the quantity.

   

5. Click "Check out" to continue purchasing.

   

6. Click "Join" if  you do not have account on MOOZEE store, or simply "Login" if you already have it.

   

7. Choose your shipping method. You can read about the schedule in Shipping and Fees by clicking "HOW TO ORDER"  under the HELP section at the bottom center of the page.

   

8. Review your address, shipping method, if they are correct you can click “CONFIRM ORDER” to finalize your purchase. If one of them is incorrect you can edit it.

   

9. You will be landed on "Thank you" page. All information regarding your order will be sent to your registered email.

   

10. Make a payment (via bank transfer or paypal) and you have to confirm your payment through our website (you cannot confirm via email). Payment and confirmation should be made within 72 hours (3 days) after checkout. If we do not receive the payment confirmation within that time, your order will be automatically cancelled.

   

11. We will inform you once your order has delivered to shipping company and provide you with the airway bill number so you can track your order.
